ANDI STOVER, Director/Dramaturg
Past credits as writer/director include: Music to Travel By (St. Marks
Theater) Matryoshka, starring the lovely and talented Cary Curran (ABC NO
RIO), Four of a Kind (WOW Cafe). As a dramaturg: The Beauty Queen of Leenane (Center Stage). She is attending the MFA Program in Dramaturgy at Brooklyn College and is a graduate of Yale University.
MIKE ALBO, Co-Writer/Rapper/Hag Fag Dancer
Mike Albo is a writer and performer who lives and loves in Brooklyn and is only too happy to trek to MannyHanny to help the electrifying Ms Curran. His frequent collaborations with Ms. Curran began long ago when she appeared as a Sensation dancer in his first solo show, “Mike Albo,” and followed with her indispensable talent, choreography and ideas for his solo shows “Spray,” “Please Everything Burst,” “My Price Point” and others. Now he returns the favor, except hopefully this time he wont have to cope with the exposed pipe of raw sewage backstage that she had to endure during that memorable run at Here Theater in 1998. Albo is the author of the novels Hornito: My Lie Life and The Underminer: The Best Friend Who Casually Destroys Your Life. WILLIE MULLINS, Choreographer/Back-up Vocal/Hag Fag Dancer
Willie’s relationship with Cary began with the avant-garde theatre company Big Art Group, touring internationally in the original productions of Shelf Life and Flicker and in the New York debut of House of No More. He has also shed a layer or two with Cary as Negro Noir Dazzle of the infamous Dazzle Dancers. He attended Columbia University, where his focus was Literature and Drama. In the Vermont Stage Company’s production of Cabaret, he took on the role of Emcee. Film and TV credits include Picasso & the Aliens, Hit & Runway, The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, & The Cut. He has recently been a featured actor in a number of staged readings for the Prometheus’ Fire Theatre Company, directed by Drama Desk winner Ray Aranha. Willie also writes and sings original Rock & Soul music and is in the process of recording new material.
CHRISTIAN GIBBS, Composer "A Little Fame"
Christian Gibbs is a songwriter from NYC. He currently records and tours under the moniker C. Gibbs. He has put out four albums as a solo artist and is presently working on his fifth.
SHANNON ROBERT BOWEN, Production Designer
Shannon Robert Bowen's work has appeared in theater, print, film and television. He recently completed a three-year run as the prop master for Bravo's revolutionary reality show, Queer Eye for the Straight Guy. He has collaborated with Murray Hill many times over the years on numerous productions at Fez, The Cutting Room and The Tides in Cherry Grove. Other stage credits include production designs for several downtown performers including Nina Hagen, Jayne County, Marga Gomez, The Dazzle Dancers and Mike Albo. Recent film credits include art direction for Oscar nominated Pieces of April, as well as Chelsea Walls, directed by Ethan Hawke. In television, Shannon has worked as an art director and set decorator for numerous spots on MTV, VH1, the Disney Channel, The History Channel and USA Networks. He is currently a set decorator for Law & Order: Criminal Intent.
MATTHEW FLOWER aka Machine Dazzle, Costume Designer
Costumer, beacon dancer of the very tremendous Dazzle Dancers. Matthew has made costumes for Big Art Group, Julie Atlas Muz, Dirty Martini, Taylor Mac, Jeremy Wade, and Stanley Love.
CARA LEE SPARRY, Lighting Designer CFTC was her stunning theatrical lighting debut. She is an industrial designer, film maker, photographer, DJ, trapeze artist and award-winning barback whose most recent project is Superfine, a restaurant she designed, built, lit and now runs with her two friends in Brooklyn.
